"The staff were amazing. They made sure we had a lovely stay. They went far & beyond to organise a bottle of champane,chocolates & a helium balloon on arrival for my daughter's birthday & a cot for my grandson.The view was spectacular,we had city & river views. Comfortable beds,very clean hotel. Perfect location to shops & restaurants. We will be back. "

"We stayed here for 12 nights and thought the rooms and facilities were perfect for our needs. Breakfast was also tasty. The location was spot on, right by the metro and nearby some takeaway restaurants and one metro stop from lots of shops. The staff were most helpful when we needed to add on a night due to our flight being cancelled. We had a great view and apartment was spacious, clean and bed was super comfy. My only comments would be it would be handy if something was provided so you could dry your washing (like an airer), there isn’t much space for clothes and it can get quite noisy with traffic but earplugs sort that out. Overall excellent stay and would highly recommend. "

"Such a great spot! We were there for a surgery at Chatswood Private, and the silkari was the perfect location! Check in was a breeze and the team was lovely! Directly across from Chatswood Chase shopping centre, and only a few minutes walk to Westfields. The suite was perfect for us. Kitchen was reasonably equipped, enough for a short stay. The 2nd bedroom door was a sliding frosted glass, not ideal if the person needs a dark room, but our toddler was fine. The bathrooms are very spacious. Showerheads are pretty intense, but I do prefer a rain showerhead! Very clean room and hotel in general. The daily complimentary coffee in the morning was so very appreciated! "

"I loved the location and its proximity to restaurants and public transit. There’s also a beautiful park nearby, which was a great bonus. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Parramatta in general. The staff was excellent, especially Ruben at the front desk. He was friendly, attentive, and very helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better."

"Clean and spacious, quiet location and walking distance to and from the shopping centre; reason for a rating of 3 is the hidden charge deducted from the hold fee of $50; I was not notified about what the deduction was for as we did not consume any product from the bar fridge; but overall, the hotel is a nice property and good value for money"
