And unlike many other studio apartments, it has a separate living area – no need to watch TV in bed. The kitchen is full-size and fully equipped, and there’s even an internal laundry. Located in Sydney’s trendy Inner West, Lewisham is a relaxed residential suburb characterised by Victorian and Edwardian mansions, post-war apartments and quiet streets. It’s also close to some great dining and entertainment areas, including New Canterbury Road, Norton St and Marrickville Road.

Lewisham Station is 10 minutes walk away. Trains to the city leave four times an hour and take 15 minutes. The light rail is even closer, providing access to the Inner West and Darling Harbour.
