Comfortable and quiet

Easy access, good street parking. Overall great stay. Should note for this room that bathroom is up steep/ narrow stairs.

Accessibility an issues when we arrived and found Toilet and bathroom upstairs which took us by surprise, as this was not clearly indicated in the ad. Poor communication and weird expectations when Hosts informed on day 3 of our stay that a pest control technician was coming in day 4 and it was our responsibility to give them access to the space.

Improvement required

Location for our needs and external aspect of property was 5 star. The room had no a/c and with a 38 c 4 day period this was horrible. Could not open doors or windows at night as mosquitoes would eat you alive. Cleanliness was poor. Happy to discuss in detail with property managers.
