Dirty

The company that has the cleaning contract need to be sacked. The flat was dirty, we had to clean before doing anything else. The oven wouldn’t work, the extractor fan wouldn’t work, and the kitchen tap broke. The location is excellent.

Problem property

Made comfy manages this property poorly. The keys were across a busy street on the dirty ground on a no loading pole in a lockbox.. There was only one set of keys and they told me no others would be issued, to leave the one set in the lockbox when one of us left. You need gloves to open that lockbox and I wouldn’t go there at nite. The drapes wouldn’t close fully (held by a safety pin in one place) , there is no ac and it is very noisy with the door or window open. Cleaning was basic at best, the oven doesn’t work and I could go on. The location is great. Way overpriced.
