Our two kitchens are fully equipped with all utensils you will need to cook any dish that you like.

Breville Coffee Machine, Smeg kettle, Smeg toaster, microwave, blender, rice maker are provided.
Marshall bluetooth speaker is provided, giving you best sound when you chill out with friends. Two Smart TV, one is 85 inch and the other one 65 inch upstairs.
Different tea, instant coffee, sugar, oil, most popular spices for cooking are provided.
There is an outdoor sitting area with private backyard, spacious garden and a BBQ facility.
Baby cot, baby high chair can be provided if you need.
Please note: Any parties/playing loud music is strictly forbidden. Please show respect to our nice and quiet neighborhood and minimize all sound volume from 10:00pm to 7:00am

Guest Access:
You can use everywhere of the whole house by yourselves, not sharing with anyone. There are double garage inside the house, also you can park you van/trailer/boat in front of garage and also you can park two cars on the drive way(just don't block pedestrian lane)
The Neighborhood:
Just situated 2.6km to Maroubra beach, you will enjoy the wave and relaxing living style around the great suburb.
Only 6mins walk to Pacific Square shopping mall, where you can get good cafes, different varieties of restaurants such as Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese food, Pizza, Mexican and much more. Chemist, massage & acupuncture, banks, post office, Fruit shop, flower shop, Aldi supermarkets, Fish Market are just at the corners.
Just 1.3km to Eastgardens Westfield Shopping Mall, where you can shopping the whole day or simply enjoy a movie at the Hoyts Cinema.
Getting Around:
Only 6km to Domestic Airport and 9km to International airport, it provides you with easy access to/from the airport.
Only 8.9km to the city, you can easily travel to most of the famous sight-seeing places.
Different buses(#356, #350, #396) nearby can bring you to Maroubra beach, University of NSW, Coogee beach and the city.
There is a double garage and in front of the garage, there is plenty of spaces for parking a third car/trailer/boat. You can also park two cars on the drive way(just make sure it's not blocking the pedestrian path)
