- External Window Works: There are currently external works taking place outside the building, including drilling and concrete work above the windows. Works are scheduled from 20 May 2026 through to August/September 2026, Monday to Friday between 8am and 3pm only. No access to the property is required.
Points of Interest:
- There are a plethora of amazing eateries to discover locally. We recommend Navy Bear cafe for great coffee on the harbour at Rushcutters Bay.
- For the nautically inclined the CYC-Sailing Club has a bar and restaurant overlooking many Sydney-Hobart prestigious yachts. A charming 15-minute walk through Rushcutters Bay Park will take you to Potts Point, where you can find some more great options, like The Butler, Dear Sainte Eloise, and Chester White.
- You're conveniently located for some of Sydney's best beaches. Bondi Beach is a 15 minutes drive away. Camp Cove is a 20-minute drive away and all the little beaches between Neilson Park and Rose Bay harbour are great to explore on a sunny day.
- If you love sailing, join a twilight sail from CYC, or take some sailing lessons from Pacific Sailing at Rushcutters Bay. There are lots of other water activities (Kayaking, Paddle Boarding, Scuba Diving and Surfing) available in several harbour locations.
