It has separate entrance and a huge backyard with 4 cars parking space.
5 minutes drive to Eastwood shopping centre
5 mins drive to Ryde Hospital
10 mins drive to Ryde & Macquarie Shopping Centre

- 2nd bedroom: Queen bed, Double bed and built-in wardrobe. Suitable for 4 people
- 3rd bedroom: Queen bed and built-in wardrobe. Ideal for 2 people
- 4rd bedroom: Single bed, suitable for 1 people.

All 2 bathrooms are built with marble tile finishes and bidet filled with hair dryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner and toiletries.

Living room/dinning area has a flat screen 55" TV with free Netflix, sofa, a dining table and 6 chairs.

Kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances, pots and pans etc.

The outdoor dinning overlooked a huge backyard with 4 cars parking space combined with fresh air in the garden create a unique and enjoyable environment to spend with your family.

The apartment is clean, private and secure.

Additional features include ducted hot/cold air conditioning throughout, fenced boundary for your privacy, security alarm, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher and blanket, washing machine & drying machine. Soap, shampoo, conditioner are provided. Coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil and pepper are provided, as well as all basic kitchen appliances.
