Studio apartment in Rushcutter's Bay with Patio
Located on Roslyn Gardens in Rushcutters Bay, this unit is close to all of the night life and cafes and bars of Potts Point and Kings Cross, and provides a tranquil / peaceful space for you during your stay.
There is a separate bedroom with double bed, modern kitchen with dishwasher, dining table for two, living area with lounge and TV, a separate bathroom with shower and washing machine. You will also enjoy the private patio with table and seats.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, oven, stove, fridge, plates, bowls, cups, utensils and other kitchenware.
The dining area has a table for two with chairs.
The living area has a lounge, a coffee table and a built in unit with a TV and a floating shelf above with various books.
The bathroom has a vanity with a mirror and hand wash. There is a shower with shampoo conditioner and body wash. Two towels are provided per guest staying.
There is a built in cupboard with shelves for clothing as well as hangers for jackets and pants.
Inside a cupboard next to the entry to the unit you will find the vacuum, mop, fan with heater, broom and other items.
Note: there is no parking on the property. If you have a car there are timed spots on Roslyn Gardens. However these are popular and you may need to park elsewhere and walk to the property.
Also the studio is an apartment block that has owners, long terms renters and short term guests. So keep in mind when you book as there’s a lot of other roller around and they may or may not be quiet! lol. Just like if you live in a house or apartment and you have neighbours, same thing.
Also the building was built in the 1970s so it is old but a nice mid century designed by Harry Seidler! It’s been nominated for heritage listing status!
Guest access
The main entry to the building is on Roslyn Gardens. Once you have the keys from the lock box, you will enter the building via the elevated walkway.
To open the front door you will swipe a prox card reader. You can then take the lift down to level 1 and then follow the corridor until you reach the unit.
Note: there are stairs down to the unit from this corridor.
Other things to note
Communal Pool
There is a communal pool that is located on the ground floor. The pool is on the other side of the patio wall so there may be noise from time to time when people are enjoying the pool.
Renovations in Unit 69
During the 22-26th January 2024: new kitchen cabinets installed between 10am to 3pm. So they're maybe noise associated with this.
During the 29th January to the 2nd February 2024: glass installed and finishing up the remaining works in the kitchen. So there maybe noise associated with this.
