Clean, cosy, quiet. The bed was amazing so comfortable and warm Equipped with all the basics required. Efficient heating, hot water, TV reception. And staff go above and beyond to make your stay welcoming. Will definitely be back

When we arrived we met the host Sia. She was so nice and easy to get along with. She upgraded our stay to a 2 bedroom apartment due to plumbing issues in our booked studio room. The apartment was undergoing renovations but this wasn't a problem at all. Everything we needed was there. The apartment was clean and spacious and the price was fantastic. . We were within walking distance to all shops (5 min) as well as public transport. Sia was fantastic and I would highly recommend this property.

Quiet suburban oasis

Close to needed supplies and stores yet peaceful small farm like atmosphere. Hosts are amazing! It's not new or posh, but it's in excellent condition for medium to long stays.

Let me just say don’t let the entrance fool you, it is a awesome quiet country feeling hiding in the metro area. What more can you ask for, Thank you Sia and for the eggs oh did I mention if you want some fresh eggs for breakfast just ask.

this is a little slice of heaven in the city , the property has sheep, private parking if you like you can walk in their adjoining paddock. both Sia & Fred make you feel at home and check regularly everything is going well. i would recommend this unit to anyone especially if you like breakfast on you patio watching and listening to kookaburras , cockatoos and local birds

The hosts were friendly and welcoming. We would have liked to hear from them a little earlier, nobody was around upon arrival which was unsettling but the phone number at the entrance gate was helpful. The house is in an area with many houses looking uncared for and run down. It is reasonably quiet, not a lot of noise is reaching the house from a main road apart from emergency sirens. We were awake by 5.30am Sunday but others might get woken up by the noise of a washing machine, that seemed to be in the room next to where we were sleeping.

I absolutely 100% Could not Be Happier

Sia and Fred are the loveliest people and always there to help. If you are looking for a home away from home then look no further. This little farm in the middle of Sydney's west is absolutely adorable and one little place you will want to come back to. I gave it 5 stars because of the comfy accommodation combined with the beautiful caring nature's of Sia and Fred. I will always stay here whenever I visit Sy Marys .... :)

Stayed for 4 weeks for a course nearby. Cheaper than the hotels and nice room and kitchenette with a lot of open space on the property with some sheep and chickens
