Plumbing issue

Basin was clogged and toilet was leaking. There was a massive stain mark on sofa. Perfect location by the way.

Great location but ...

The location is excellent but the apartment was disappointing. It was not very clean and the bathroom needs some maintenance (toilet roll holder broken and toilet seat loose). The furniture needs upgrading - dining table chairs very wobbly and the couch has a huge stain on it. There was no desk as advertised on the website. The patio was quite dirty. However, the bed was comfortable and the apartment was secure. It would have been good to have an extra towel or two - only the very minimum provided, and the spare pillows were stained. Clean pillow protectors would have helped. The price reflects the location rather than the quality of the apartment.

Appartment besticht durch seine Top - Lage. Man erreicht die City, wichtige Bahnhöfe und Fährstation

Wir hatten einen sehr guten und schönen Aufenthalt. Zu kritisieren wären ( zu wenig Bestecke und Gläser), Der Waschbecken abfluss und Kosmetikeiner verrostet. Die Wasserhähne waren sehr locker, einer fiel ab, ebenso der Toilettenpapierrollenhalter. Über Nacht kann man das Appartment gut verdunkeln mittels Rollos und Vorhang. Es gibt genügend Stauraum auch für die Kleidung. Alle Geräte ( Waschmaschine, Trockner und Geschirrspüler) funktionierten einwamdfrei. Im 5. Stock bekommt man zwar noch den Verkehrslärm mit, aber die Balkontür schließt gut. Alles in allem eine schöne Zeit die nach einer Wiederholung ruft.
