The room and bathroom were large and clean. The mattress and sheets were fantastic. The room had air conditioning. The host was there at check in and was easily accessible. The location was great- just outside Ortigia. Parking was easy and close. An overall nice place to stay.

This is a very nice room, excellently situated just outside the old town. There is a large public parking lot a block away in case you can’t find street parking and lots of great restaurants nearby. Some of the amenities could be improved, but would stay here again for the location and cleanliness.

The best thing about this place is the situation which is perfect for visiting the old town. However, the information they provide is misleading. They say parking is available. Yes, in the street if you're lucky enough to find a space, or you pay for a public car park. Also they call themselves a B&B, but it is really just a B as there is no breakfast provided. Disappointing.

Cet hébergement N’EST PAS un B&B. Pas de déjeuner. Par contre le propriétaire était rapide avec nos demandes et très courtois. Endroit très propre et agréable.

Room was nice. It included a fridge and microwave, plenty of room for luggage, and also plenty of room to hang clothes. There was a small balcony that overlooked the back street that also had a small clothesline. Location was halfway up the hill between the Valle dei Templi and Agrigento downtown. (We didn't have a car...we walked everywhere, but there are busses to get around). There were a couple of restaurants (Trattoriaq di Templi was quite nice) right next door as well as a pharmacy and two supermarkets were just a few hundred meters up the hill, including one that is located at what used to be a quarry. Our hostess provided a simple but delicious breakfast in her kitchen which offered a spectacular view of the valley. She was very kind and also assisted with our getting a taxi and kindly took extra time to make sure we got from Agrigento to Palermo the most efficient way possible (normally train, but due to construction, bus was a better option). Would happily stay there again.

If you want to feel like one of the locals in Siracusa, these rooms are in an apartment block with a central courtyard. The owner is kind and welcoming. However this was not the right place to stay for us. First it is advertised by the accommodation sites as having “parking.” In fact this is a property without parking. On arrival we spent an hour looking for on-street parking, even trawled round the car parks which were full. Eventually we found a space 3/4 mile away and walked to the property with our luggage. We knew there was no lift but we were informed there was a luggage hoist but there was no evidence of that during our stay. The coffee machine didn’t work. Only two of 4 buttons functioned, the water didn’t heat up and the reservoir (a plastic bottle with a tube in it like a straw) leaked. There was no bidet - unusual for Italy and little more than hand soap provided. The worst thing was a horrendous smell of cesspool emanating from the lavatory which the staff had tried to ameliorate with an industrial strength disinfectant product which had me gagging. We soldiered on with the bathroom door shut and the (efficient) aircon in operation. The next problem was being eaten alive by mosquitoes which caused one eye to half close and one hand to swell to double size in my case. My husband scratched his bites till they bled. Despite my optimism I was unable to swim nearby; it was either too rough or the temporary lido scaffolding was too challenging.

This is an AMAZING AND EXCEPTIONAL property! Tucked away in a residential area with just a three minute walk to the bus stop. The hotel is beautifully furnished and modern. The rooms are spacious and inviting. This boutique hotel feels like a luxury five star hotel. I definitely want to come back to Cagliari, and when I do, rest assured I will be staying at Nemo. Also breakfast on the roof top is amazing!

숙소의 침구와 청결도는 좋았어요~ 메인거리와 가까운 만큼 소음에는 주의하세요 숙소는 3층인데 엘리베이터가 없지만 걱정하지마세요 주인분이 리프트로 짐을 옮겨주실 거에요 ㅎㅎ 걸어서 오르티지아에 가기가 좋아요:) 하루에 서너번씩 왔다갔다 했어요

Perfekt boende för att utforska Siracusa

Rent och snyggt och nära bron till Ortigia. Även om det ibland kunde vara oljud från gatan, stängde man fönstret blev det tyst. Helt ok att hitta parkering på gatorna i närheten. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

La struttura e ben situata, quasi al centro tra la città e l'isola. La fermata del autobus praticamente davanti il portone d'ingresso. Per chi non lo sapesse è possibile acquistare un biglietto giornaliero da 3 euro con la quale è possibile usufruire di tutte le linee per visitare la citta (soprattutto 105, 106, 110). Per quanto riguarda la struttura uniche pecche sono : le scale per salire al B&B e la colazione che non è inclusa. Nella stanza si trova una macchinetta per il caffè, un bollitore per il Thè e un piccolo frigo. Su tutto il resto, pulizia, gentilezza, disponibilità del host niete da eccepire. Se ci tornerei risponderei si.

In general B & B Nike is beautiful and perfectly located to explore the old city of Ortigia. However parking was available only if you have patience to circle the block and wait for an opening or pay at a nearby lot. Be advised that the room is on the 3rd floor with no lift. Angelo was very helpful!
