Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, bzw. die Einrichtung ist veraltet. Geschmäcker sind sicherlich unterschiedlich, aber für mich war die Wohnung nicht schön eingerichtet.Das Mobiliar ist veraltet, das Bad abgenutzt, auf die Couch mochte ich nicht setzen.Ebenso ist das Treppenhaus nicht schön, sondern schmutzig und veraltet.Die Dachterrasse ist hingegen richtig klasse mit einem fantastischen Blick über Ortigia. Die Terrasse war auch der Grund, warum ich die Wohnung gewählt habe.Ein Schlafzimmer mit Bad ist auch oben auf der Dachterrasse, also nicht direkt in der Wohnung.Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt in der Innenstadt und nah zum Markt.
