Wir hatten sehr erholsame Ferien. Wir wurden sehr nett und hilfsbereit empfangen, uns wurde sogar extra noch ein kalter Teller bereitgestellt um 22.30 Uhr zum Essen (späte Ankunft). Wir waren in der Vorsaison dort, deshalb noch nicht alles geöffnet, dafür noch nicht so "überfüllt". Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war geräumig und schöner Balkon. Wir hatten sehr ruhiges Zimmer, bequeme Betten, sogar Regendusche. Das Essen war für Buffet gut, immer gute Auswahl. Je nach Wahl leider nur lauwarm oder kalt. Aber Teigwaren wurden immer direkt frisch zubereitet und heiss. Kellner waren freundlich und aufmerksam. Haben sich immer sehr bemüht. Dank Premium Buchung hatten wir reservierten Tisch, was sehr angenehm war. Hotelanlage mit sehr schönem Garten, 3 Pools und Shuttle-Service zum Strand. Eigener grosser Parkplatz, Hotel abgelegen, aber mit Auto idealer Ausgangspunkt für diverse Ausflüge. Très bon séjour.

Le personnel est aux petits soins et très sympa. Bel environnement. Très bonne cuisine et très variée. Seul bémol : le timinng du repas du soir est très serré, pas une minute de plus.

C’è molta disorganizzazione e non sono affatto attenti alle esigenze o problematiche di chi soggiorna, sanno solo dire “mi dispiace ma non possiamo fare nulla”. Per il mio disservizio ho dovuto discutere per 4 giorni senza mollare la presa e poi fortunatamente alla fine della vacanza hanno risolto.. Bisogna passare in reception per qualsiasi cosa e poi ti rimandano ad altri che a loro volta ti rimandano in reception. Per niente ospitali e solari. La struttura è grande e c è varietà di clientela oltre che di tariffe (prevalentemente erano presenti famiglie con bambini piccoli). Il servizio lettini in spiaggia è una tortura, non hai lettini fissi, è una corsa (di 1 km almeno) quotidiana ma la cosa brutta è che non ci sono posti per tutti quindi se ti assenti troppo per fare un bagno o mangiare i bagnini tolgono teli ed oggetti personali (che buttano in un angolo) per cedere il posto ad altri. Scortesia del personale, ad eccezione dei camerieri e dei bagnìni dell area nautica che invece sono gentili e professionali. Nel complesso la struttura è pulita, anche se datata mentre le camere spartane (anche le superior) con pulizia superficiale. Struttura poco sicura, hanno fatto dei furti in alcune stanze. Buona la ristorazione all aretusa. Non si tratta affatto di una struttura a 4 stelle ma secondo me di un villaggio popolare da 3 stelle.

La struttura vanta un mare incredibile un ottimo servizio spiaggia una zona verde molto ben curata. L’organizzazione è a mio avviso disastrosa. Occorre passare dalla reception praticamente per qualunque cosa. La reception che peraltro è sotto dimensionata per il numero di persone che la struttura può contenere e che quindi è sempre molto affollata. I ristoranti interni non hanno neanche l’autonomia per poter accettare una prenotazione o ricevere un pagamento.

Vraiment pas déçue. Un soucis de bruit dans la chambre signalé et changement a 23h. Le personnel aux petits soins avec une mention particulière pour Adriano. Un parc botanique fabuleux et piscines sublimes.

Long-weekend at VOI Arenella Resort

Vi var där precis veckan innan säsongen sätter igång på riktigt och de höll på att förbereda och öppna upp. Trots det var servicen bra, maten fantastisk god och om man bor här är det få saker man kommer sakna.

Ci voleva!

E' stata una bellissima vacanza. Il resort è ben gestito, spazi meravigliosi, camere eleganti e spaziose e tanto verde. 2 piscine, una spiaggia e la piattaforma sugli scogli (la mia preferita). Anche la cucina abbastanza buona. Non sono fan dell'all inclusive ma essendo una vacanza di gruppo organizzata avevamo opzionato la formula colazione e cena e molti piatti erano davvero buoni.

Ci hanno dato una camera tripla divisa in due locali, tuttavia era presente solo un condizionatore nella sala giorno, la camera matrimoniale era priva di condizionatore.. E le temperature erano di più di 32 gradi! Non va bene per una struttura a 4 stelle! Se mi dai due locali, devi garantire due condizionatori... Siamo in Sicilia e fa caldo! Inoltre ci sono poche informazioni relative alle interruzioni dei servizi (quali trenino per la spiaggia) durante la pausa pranzo!

Natura emozionante

Resort esteso in un contesto meraviglioso. Più che adeguato il livello dei servizi offerti. Un plauso particolare all'organizzazione dello staff in spiaggia.
