"Our room was rather small it could use some remodeling or at least fill in the holes and some paint. Gas stove we didn't use. Refrigerator and microwave oven. A bug or two I think because it was a ground floor and flower beds close by. But the plus side is that it's so close to beach, downtown"

"We completely enjoyed our stay again, this was our second year. The view is spectacular. The condo is the perfect size for us. Richard, the host, is very accomadating. I literally can't think of anything that was lacking. Easy walk to beach and pier. The Ceiling Fans cooled us down nicely at night. Private parking space for our car (Be prepared, it is a bit tight) and a 1 car garage that we stored all of our beach goodies in. We will be back again next year. Al & Caryn"

"It was a cozy little space. 3 adults and 1 child fit just fine. We loved the rooftop, the grill worked well and we enjoyed a dinner overlooking the ocean. It was beautiful. Bathrooms were a great size and shower worked well. The trips to and from the beach were a struggle but we made it work. Advice, drive all your stuff down to the drop off, go back up to park and walk down. All the TVs worked well and we slept just fine. We would love to stay here again."

"This place was amazing and exactly what we needed for our teen/tween kids and their friends this summer. The location was phenomenol and the 2 parking spots were key, given the condo’s close proximity to the beach. The house was well equipped with everything for the beach vacation we desired. Ocean swims, beautiful sunsets, surfing, pier walks, beach trail walks, biking, strolling to town for dinner, riding the trolley, and exploring the nearby beaches left us feeling very satisfied. The property owners were also super helpful and accessible. We will definitely be back!"
