「Beautiful hotel with a great pool. Very central and close to everything. Location is perfect. Our only issue was with housekeeping. We were there for 3 nights and housekeeping didn't clean our room for 2 days. After we specifically asked for clean towels and to tidy the room, they came but left us with no towels and we had no soap left. The hotel is perfect, but I suspect housekeeping on the 2nd floor had an issue. 」

「The staff was very professional and accommodating. My flight was delayed and I had no problem getting a refund on the night that I didn’t stay in my room. The Indigo is a beautiful Hotel. The pool is Instagram worthy. And it’s literally a couple blocks from Beal street.」

「Bed was small for the suite. The bed was very uncomfortable I think it was the mattress.. this is not the place to stay for a romantic weekend or staycation as it is very noisy and more for the party turn up stay. Also a homeless guy was sitting on the bench directly across from my balcony all WEEKEND!! he kept staring up at me and my guests and it messed up the peace portion of my stay .. security of the place was on point 」

「We had a wonderful stay! Staff was so friendly. The entire hotel was clean and it is convenient to Beale St by a short walk. It was nice to have Dove brand toiletries. The young man at the front desk was particularly friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again! 」
