"When I was checking in the front decks computer kept feeezing during payment. I wasn’t able to use the credit card that I wanted and ended up using a debit card. I had my disabled Mother with me and I needed a cart for my luggage. The employee acted like it was gonna be a huge inconvenience to go find one an another floor so I had to do without. After getting up to the room, my mom sat in the recliner( which is the reason why I stayed there) and the chair wouldn’t work and I had to dump her out...

"Great place! Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Only reason I don’t rate it 5 stars is because housekeeping was very pushy and knocked multiple times even though we told them no thank you after the first time, (a do not disturb sign was not provided). Also if you are traveling with pets, the pet fee was quite expensive. Overall really nice place, would stay again. "
