“I 100% recommend this hotel because the area was suburban and most importantly safe. It was surrounded by neighborhoods, restaurants, banks and grocery stores; everything you'd need to feel comfortable while out of town and visiting memphis of all places (no offense).The hotel was clean, and had friendly/attentive staff as well as guests throughout my entire stay. They also provided plenty of free breakfast in the small dining area every morning. I did not have to use the laundry room but I was……

“everything went really well! The room was clean and nice, the bathroom also. The AC was great, and the bed was perfect! We'd definitely stay again if we pass through there.”

“Their breakfast was awful. First day was there they were out of waffle mix at 7 am they opened for breakfast at 6 took about 30 minutes to get it refilled. Their coffee was very weak could read a newspaper through it. Second day they had biscuits and gravy only thing at 8am they were out of biscuits and the lady said that they were frozen they put some in the oven and they probably won't be done until they get ready to close at 9 am. Will not be staying there again. Room was not very clean.”

“I couldn't tell you how clean or anything when I got there they said couldn't give me a room because of maintenance issues. Sent me to another hotel . They didn't have the room I needed I needed two king beds instead I got 1 king and sleeper sofa which was not what I pay for. The air conditioner wouldn't stay on would work just about 1 hr then turn itself off then I have to turn it back on.”

“Property had recent flood damage and extremely loud remediation fans were on all night long in the hallways. Room smelled like a wet dog and like the previous guest smoked in it. Walls and doors had animal scratches all over them. Do not stay at this property”

“This place is a dump. WE FOUND A BULLET IN THE PARKING LOT, the facilities are totally run down and they allow the homeless to use the facilities. The hotel seems to have started some kind construction that has not been continues. Pool closed. Breakfast food has been reheated several times. We are in the process of reaching out to authorities to have the place inspected. Front desk guy very understanding but management is totally unresponsive. ****AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!***”

“This hotel was good for the money. Hotel is in a easy location rite off the I-40 and near tons of stores and restaurants. Easy travel to places in the area and in City of Memphis. I stayed a week and found cleaning is not that good. There was stuff like a penny and a piece of cookie that was on the hall carpet for the entire week I was there. There was food dried on my table and counter in the my room at check in. I actually borrowed a rag and cleaned the counters and room myself.……
