“This was a very bizzare property. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a 3 Bedroom apartment with locking bedroom doors. There is a common living room and common kitchen. The property is run from an office in Italy and they don’t do well with English. The wi-fi was terrible and the beds were awful. The property location is NOT correct on the Hotels.com app. We ended up going to the wrong area then having to call another car to get to the actual location. The instructions from the office were okay to get……

“To me, customer service is everything, I love when staff go above and beyond for their customers. I paid $50 dlls for one night which is expensive for a B&B during low season. the breakfast was not included. I had to pay 0.50 cents. I did not have any cash, I offered to pay via PayPal, they declined. The owner suggestion was to go to an ATM and withdraw money. All that trouble so they could get the 0.50 cents I had to pay for breakfast. That is how you lose a customer. Terrible treatment and……
