“Hicimos escala en este hotel rumbo a Mérida y de regreso. En la primera no había comunacion con la app de Expedia y no nos querían respetar la reservación y la segunda escala de regreso hacia cdmx para evitar los problemas ya sucedidos , llegamos directo a reservar y no nos respetaron un convenio que tienen con mi empresa y un día anterior en Mérida si nos hicieron el descuento. Creo que es por falta de capacitación o comunicación ya que había discrepancias entre lo que decían ellos, el soporte……

“It was near the ADO bus station, just round the corner. I took an Uber / Didi car at the end as I had a lot of luggage. The hotel was far away from the city centre. Need to take an Uber / Didi car to get there. Not a lot of restaurants and shops around the hotel. Business hotel with elevator. Good air-conditioning. Very spacious with good lighting and big tables and storage area. Relatively comfortable bed. The toilet and shower area is relatively small given the spacious room. Modern facilities……
