“Front desk was very helpful. Check-in was a breeze, they gave recommendations for dinner, let us use some games for some family game time, and check-out was a piece of cake. The bathroom in our room could have been cleaner, but it wasn't a deal breaker for us. We did not know about a cheer competition going on at the facility before we booked, so the restaurant wasn't serving their normal menu due to that event, again, not a deal breaker, but the service there wasn't the best.”

“We were notified that there was construction occurring on the property during our stay, so the pool and splash area would be closed. The first day construction equipment noise woke me. Later that day, we were notified that our balcony would be stained, so would not be available. We decided to watch a bit of TV only to find that reception was an issue. “It's not convenient to eat, the carpet is too old and has a peculiar smell...otherwise it's ok”

“The front desk lady was the ONLY thing pleasant about this stay. The other guy up front was very rude and unprofessional. They have a little ice maker in the "lobby" area. With that being said, I needed some ice before I left so I proceeded to get ice in the bucket they provided. He had an issue with me getting ice and started telling me to leave. .that I can only get a small amount because they don't have an actual machine...(Mind you, I'm using their provided bucket.) “Nothing like pictures in advertisement. Stains on carpet, walls. No towels, AC plug in, had no protective cover over it. The breakfast advertisement showed free, but not all was free. When we did need something, the staff was nice and responded quickly.”

“Clean room. Staff very friendly. Breakfast as good as any place else. Small dining rooms. Parking was ok. No easy way to breakfast had to stay on backside of hotel and walk up steep hill to front or get in car and drive around. Hard for my disabled daughter.”
