Not only was the view great, the property was great and the communication between us and the owner was fabulous. A fabulous stay. Book it, you won't be sorry. 「We had a terrific stay in this garden home. The home is beautifully decorated with all of the necessary supplies. Having a golf cart made traveling to the beach and pools very easy. Our host, Clay was easy to contact and responded quickly to our needs.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the accommodations to be clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The place was well appointed with everything we needed, including various kitchen and bath supplies. It was helpful to have the beach wagon and sand toys as well. Checkin and out was easy and the one issue we had with a smoke detector needing replaced was handled seamlessly without any inconvenience to us. We would definitely recommend this property.」

「Overall an awesome place to stay. The toilet bowls were dirty when we got there and several dead gnats on the kitchen counter but very minimal dirtiness. Have stayed at this property before and definitely would stay again.」

「Very convenient place to stay. Very nicely furnished. Easy walk to beach. Would recommend this unit. We didn’t utilize the outdoor closet with the extra chairs and such but when we opened the door the closet was just a bunch of stuff thrown into it and in a pile and was a foul odor. We were hoping to store our chairs we had brought in it, but did not. Otherwise everything was as listed. Having a fridge with an ice maker and filtered water was a huge benefit.」

「Some important things you have to know before booking this hotel: 1. No soundproof. That means you can hear everything from next door. 2. This hotel is dirty and old. See pictures. 3. If you have kids or old people with you, or even for yourselves, you have to be very careful about the bathroom. The floor in the bathroom becomes very wet after bath. Summary: Do NOT book this hotel unless you have to. If you have no other choices, oh well. 」
