Ok place to stay

We've rented many homes over the years and probably won't be back to this one due to overall quality relative to the price. The home was clean and well appointed. The challenge was the tenant downstairs who had a large dog that barked / lunged when leashed outside which we had to go past to get to parked vehicles. Also, house temp was a bit challenging with some rooms very hot or very cold, depending on heater location. One evening, there was a strong odor of marijuana (we think from basement) which wasn't great for us.

Loved the house

Overall loved the house and the location from the airport and Tacoma dome. The house was clean and very spacious. The only small downside was Friday night, (not sure if it was onsite tenant or not) but they played opera music throughout the night, not sure what time it ended, they were a little noisy not crazy terrible, but since we had the bottom room and had the door open to cool the house we heard everything right outside the door. Overall we were really happy with everything. I gave a 3 star for the communication because I inquired about sending something to the house so we had it for our trip a couple weeks in advance and didn’t get a response until a couple days before we were set to arrive. We are looking forward to renting again from you for our next business trip, thank you so much for opening your home.
