The facilities and environment are lovely. However, some property maintenance is needed to keep it looking amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. "Really frustrating experience with checkin. They had made a mistake and checked someone in under my name already when I arrived, and then instead of explaining the situation and asking my friends and I to please wait while they sorted it out, they literally ran away without telling us anything and we had to wait for 45 minutes while they worked on it. Never once apologized or explained, just handed us the key once it was fixed. Also didn’t give us the room we had paid for, ended up with only one...
