It's an apartment with 3 bedrooms with very very small living area. You can't even walk together or walk opposite direction. You need to wait someone walk pass first then you can walk. I think it's too small for 8 people.And we booked for 7 people but they prepared bed and towels for only 6 people. I needed to contact them again and they came to...

"WE LOVED IT!! so amazing and so pretty and near the station ugh just what we needed for my DAS auntie who has trouble walking the station was close by with an elevator. DAS service was very amazing. We love the staff and the unlimited amenities. Room was nice and clean and perfect. Thank you richmond hotel for our nice stay in OSAKA!! whoooo will be coming back !!!"
