「It felt like coming home to the countryside after being away for so long! This is our 2nd time staying here, and the owners welcomed us back like family - even came to pick us up at the train station, and made sure we had everything we needed- and more! We are a family of 5 with little kids, so we were looking for a spacious home, and this place has space to spare - didn’t even need to use the upstairs rooms. 「とても綺麗で快適に4日間過ごさせていただきました。アメニティ、備品、すべて完璧に揃っていました。居心地の良い環境でBBGを楽しめました。また宿泊前の、こちらからの質問にもとても丁寧に返信いただき、ありがとうございました。91歳の母を連れて行ったのですが、平屋でウッドデッキに出るのも容易で助かりました。母がテレビが大好きなので…テレビが見れないことだけが残念でした。それと、目の前の作業場(？)の音で朝目覚めるというのも少し残念でした…それ以外は大満足でした。」

"員工很有禮貌，服務週到，下午茶很棒，到21:00前都還可以去喝飲料和吃餅乾；早餐樣式中規中矩但都很精緻可口，吃的非常滿足開心。有輕井澤車站接送服務很棒，建議公告在網上給需要的人，也建議早上8:00左右應該也能送客去輕井澤站。非常感謝🙏"
