屋上にある温泉からの山の眺めが最高でした。朝食も地元の食材を豊富に使ったビュッフェが良かったです。立地も古い街並みから近く、また静かな場所にあり便利でした。エアコン設備が古いせいか、室温調整がうまくできないのがちょっと残念でした。弱風にしても、温度高めに設定しても寒かったです。

大変気に入りました

GWに妻と3泊しました。 私たち夫婦とって高山は、癒しを求めに訪れる特別な場所であり、正確な回数は覚えていませんが、これまで8回程度は訪れています。 市内の温泉がある有名処のホテルや旅館はほぼ利用したと思いますが、こちらのホテルは、これまでご縁が無かったようで、今回初めて利用させていただきました。 建物自体は少し古いようですが、清潔さが保たれており全く問題ないレベルです。 サービスについて特筆すべき点がありました。 自分は脚が悪いるので、障害者の駐車スペースを利用させていただきましたが、周辺観光などで車を出し入れはする際も、こちらの名前が伝達されいるようで、スムーズに誘導してもらえたり、また館内を移動する際も、さり気なく介助が必要か聞いて来られたりと、その他、サービス自体の質も高いように感じられ、滞在期間中は大変気持ち良く利用する事ができました。 また大浴場は清潔感が保たれており、泉質も自分の肌に合うようで、滞在中は何度も利用させていただき、大変リラックスする事が出来ました。 きっとこれからも、高山を訪れる際は利用させていただくと思います。 ただ強いて言えば、一階の大浴場の脱衣場に着替えの際に、少し座れる椅子があると便利かと思いました。 また大浴場の浴室内では、用意されていた座面高い椅子を利用しましたが、もう少し座面が高く且つ滑り難い材質で、肘掛けも着いた椅子があると、足腰が弱い方は、さらに利用しやすくなるかと思いました。

スタッフのサービス、食事等、とても心地よく楽しめました。 何年か前に何度かこのホテルに宿泊し露天風呂の夜景や、星空がとても気持ち良かったので、このホテルを選んだ。私の話しで子どもも楽しみにしていたのに、工事中で1/31まで露天風呂すべて入れないと現地でしり、とても残念だった。
