「The customer service level of the staff was outstanding. They were very pleasant and accommodating. We had two small dogs and the staff made them feel welcome as well by providing treats for them at check. Many shops, bars and cafes are only a short walk. Fantastic beach and live music at the Tiki Hut. We will definitely stay again. 」

「We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Marshal House. We had a room with a balcony and loved spending time out there! The staff were all wonderful, helpful, kind and friendly. 「We had an issue with the temperature in our room upon arrival. Maintenance could not resolve the problem until the next day and there were no rooms available to move. The staff at the front desk was very accommodating and also compensated us in multiple ways throughout our stay. Very pleased!」

「It was very decent for the price room was very clean we had no issues and they cleaned/refreshed linens room while we were out and about wasn’t expecting that with most hotels big on carbon footprint reductions convenient location 20 mins to Hilton Head Island and 10 mins Savannah GA would definitely stay again 」
