「From arrival to departure all of the hotel staff were amazing. The room was absolutely stunning. The breakfast menu was comprehensive and depending what you have was freshly cooked. The transport provided to take you down to the town or pick you back up was easy to arrange.and always prompt. There is nothing to fault this hotel and besides the historical architecture the thing that made this holiday great was the staff.」

「The property was beautiful as were the common areas , rooftop bar, dining area and the individual rooms. Downside the balconies were not real balconies, which was a bummer because that was unexpected. The only other negative is that we did not have hot water for the first three showers that we took despite making multiple complaints. We were told that it was a common problem. It did eventually get fixed. As a very nice gesture, we were gifted with a bottle of cava and a charcuterie tray,...

「Fantastic spot. The rooms are nice and luxurious while still being priced well. The property is also very well maintained and run by some of the best staff I've had the pleasure of coming across. The location itself is a quick walk to both the strip of your main shopping stores, and the wharf/bars. Old Town is also a brief 10 minute walk away, so this location is very convenient. Definitely consider this hotel if you're looking for a good, easy stay in Ibiza.」

「Safety is really something I worry about. Someone open my room without knocking my door . I said who is it ? She just said sorry and ran away. My room already cleaned. So...I have no idea who is she . And I told to other staff. They don't give me good reason too. The hotel website said it located near downtown, but...I walked 1hour to get downtown.」

「This hotel is convenient for clubbing activities in pacha and you can have free entrance as hotel guest. The downside is that it can be very noisy at night as the sound proof system is not good. You can hear all sorts of noises in the middle of the night. The price is not cheap for this quality.」

「My only complaint would be related to bed availability and being assigned a two twin beds during a wedding anniversary trip with my spouse, despite messaging the hotel in advance. The hotel said it was a high occupancy day hence the lack of bed availability. However, I do want to commend the hotel for having courteous staff and for accommodating travelers in allowing luggage storage before the room was available and afterwards. The location of the hotel near old town was super practical and...

「The hotel was close to downtown Ibiza and many restaurants nearby. The room was clean and had a good bed. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, especially during the big storm. We will gladly come back if we return to Ibiza. 」

「we booked hotel apartamentos lux mar,they arrange us to the tropical garden which was a kind of upgraded I think!The swimming pool was nice and the view of the room was good!Ten mins walk to the airport bus station,I suggest you to take a taxi.The bed really uncomfortable,you get what you pay for,it's fair!」
