Bello ma serve più attenzione al cliente

Ci sono stati un po' di problemi di comunicazione e per trovare il posto giusto, perché è venuto fuori che la suite prenotata non era all'indirizzo indicato ma in un altra location, a qualche minuto di macchina di distanza. Una volta arrivati al posto giusto, è venuto fuori che la casa era stata preparata per 2 persone e non per 3, nonostante noi avessimo prenotato per 3 persone. Il problema è stato comunque risolto: ci hanno portato e preparato un nuovo letto con lenzuola e asciugamani. La suite di per sé era molto bella e moderna, anche se il bagno non era molto pulito: avete un posto del genere, state più attenti sulla pulizia! Per il resto merita e bella la vasca idromassaggio.
