Excellent spot to be. Close to everything Tallahassee has to offer. Super nice place. Not huge but very nice. Management is great at communicating which is nice. Felt like a very safe neighborhood.

Beautiful and quiet neighborhood

Perfect Cottage

Popped into town for a quick visit with our FSU student. Great location, easy parking and an enjoyable little cottage that suited us well. Enjoyed the retro appliances and cozy living room that suited four of us perfectly.

Perfect and cozy

Needed a place to stay while helping son move in to his place. We enjoyed coming back to the cottage in the evening and relaxing quietly. Our Monticello toy poodle thought the doggy blanket was a nice touch.

Cute House nice neighborhood

My daughter and I came up for Clemson game to see my son and found this cute place with all the reminders of home. We found that we didn't need a thing as it was all provided. Comfortable bed, very clean, nice decor with a vintage feel. We Enjoyed and nice walk to the Tallahassee Saturday market. We will stay here again if available on next trip!

Fantastic

Easy parking. Very nicely decorated. The beds were the most comfortable I have found anywhere. Conveniently located. It was a wonderful experience. We hope to book this property the next time we visit Tallahassee. Finally the host communicared with us directly regarding hurricane Dolly.

Great communication (more than needed) and property location was ideal. Everything we needed was there in the house. The flooring was cracked in a few places and the floor was mushy in places. We love old houses but l would think the owners would address this. I’d definitely rent again.

Cute, quaint cottage in a great location

Our family really enjoyed staying in this cute, quaint, quiet cottage in a residential neighborhood so close to all our planned activities. The cottage was very comfortable and inviting, with fun decorations and amenities, including some graduation balloons and trinkets left by the host...so kind. This was our first stay at a private home, instead of a hotel. The whole process and stay was easy and stress-free. We would definitely stay again. Thank You!

Perfect for stay for 2!

I loved the place. It was close to everything, and even had a great park nearby. Perfect size for 2 people (or one person and a dog). The offstreet parking does not fit two trucks (both sides of the duplex had a truck), so one of us ended up parking on the street, but it all worked out. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

Everything We Needed and More!

I booked the property because of it’s proximity to the capitol but it was within 3-9 minutes of everywhere I needed to go. Every detail was taken care of with many thoughtful things on site, such as cotton eye pads in the bathroom, a sewing kit, lint rollers, and doggie stuff. I will book this property the next time I go back to Tallahassee!
