Awful. I arrived twenty minutes early, my fault, and was told early check-ins are prohibited. The real issue started when I woke up the following morning to ants overtaking my nightstand and bed. The desk attendant downstairs was one of the most dismissive and rude people I interacted with during my stay. As I told her my issue, she did not look at, address, or care about my complaint. Once she eventually looked at me after my issue, she stared me in the eyes and said. "Now, what's the issue?" And proceeded, with the least amount of effort a person could exude, so look at the computer at check in and say, "You booked through a third party. I don't know what she (the manager) would want me to do." She literally had the most non-pulsed look on her face to which I had to prompt her to give me the business card for her manager.
The manager was no help either.
I called for days. I left various voicemails and sent so many emails— not a single one was returned or answered. I would call it "dismissive" again, but that would suggest some effort was made. There was zero. If I could post photos I would. This hotel is absolute trash.
