“Had an excellent time, great and quick communication with host, beautiful place!”

“Nice property and the host Lloyd was outstanding. He hurried to clean the property after the prior renters left early to allow us to check in early.”

“Lovely cabin nestled in the trees and glimpses of the mountains. Great location! The hosts were awesome!”

“Great small cabin and process.”

“Great Place to get away from everything.”

“We loved staying at this cabin. It was far enough away from Townsend to be very private, but close enough to easily find all of the businesses and restaurants for our entertainment. It was also a great destination to visit the Eastern section of the Smokey Mountains including Cades Cove and other nature hikes and walks to get close to the natural wonders of the park. The fully stocked kitchen was greatly appreciated, along with the roomy bathroom situation. And we had plenty of room to spread……

“Cabin was small, bathroom very small. Adequate dishes and cooking supplies even coffee and seasonings but no place to put supplies or clothes. Had to take extra bedding out of dresser to use it and shared closet space with decorations? Checked out early because the roads to the cabins were very narrow and to many curves and switch backs.”

“Host very communicative”

“Clean, comfortable home in north Gatlinburg. We chose this place to get up in the mountains away from downtown and used it as a base for excursions into the Smokey Mountains National Park. We stayed 4 nights and everything was as advertised. Plus, we saw more black bear around the property than we did in the national park.”

“This property was clean and had a rustic vibe. Would love to have had a hand held shower sprayer in the shower other than that we had a wonderful experience.”

“What a wonderful place to stay clean well-maintained I will be back. We absolutely love it here. Thank you for having us.”

“Excellent host, very beautiful cabin. We had everything that we need to have a wonderful vacation!!!”

“We really enjoyed our three night stay at the cozy bear condo on top of the mountain in the Gatlinburg area. The condo was lovely, clean, quiet and stocked with all the kitchen appliances towels, bedding, toiletries, games everything you could need to enjoy a quiet, peaceful mountain getaway. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the property was well maintained. It was just a quick 10 minute drive down the mountain to be right in town. We even got to see a few bears a coyote and some wild……

“My husband and I absolutely loved this cabin and will most definitely be coming here again. The hot tub was awesome and very private. The cabin itself was beautiful and had everything we needed. Everything was thoroughly clean and felt like home right when you walk in the door”

“The cabin was very clean and the host responded quickly when messaged. The description is very accurate. We loved out time here. If we travel back tk the area, I would try to stay here again.”
