「The condo was amazing. Everything was as promised. Pictures were exactly as condo was set up. Few things I wished that were better was 1. Lamps or clocks with USB ports to charge devices. Chargers blocks are becoming obsolete so we didn’t really have any, and past hotels or rentals have had clocks or lamps with USB ports. 2. The main bedroom was hotter than the rest of the condo. 「The cabin was immaculate and had amazing views from every level. My family enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and golf game. The driveway is very steep and narrow and there is only enough parking on the top flat area for one car so be prepared for that. Also, it appears there was no expense spared with the cabin but the mattresses were cheap and uncomfortable. The loft bed required you to lay in the middle or you would roll off. This made it difficult to sleep 2 people comfortably. Also, I saw in other...

「Our group loved our stay here for a family trip with both adults and kids/babies. Beautiful view, great location - easy drive to National Park or Dollywood. We were even treated to some wildlife soghtings and a double rainbow across the mountains at one point! We loved morning coffee on the deck and the kids enjoyed the pool. Robert was very easy and quick to communicate with. We hope to come back some day!」

"The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area."
