"We stayed at the hotel for three nights from and booked a total of seven rooms. But what happened was a big surprise. On the first day of check-in, when I arrived at the hotel, no bellboy came to carry the luggage, and the doorman did not take the initiative to open the door. When we asked for a king room to be replaced with a double room, the front desk ignored us. ..."
