“The property was lovely with a small number of rooms and a cafe on the main floor. The cafe had really good food and drink. They had bicycles available for use. The room we had faced the room so had a great view of the paddy fields. There was a bit of road noise which was easily blocked out at night with our travel sound machine. The room was spacious and well laid out with a nice little patio. The bathroom was spacious with a nice tub. They had some water available to fill up water……

Fresh fruit, flowers, and a welcome note. Open area to hang clothes but no other options to store clothes (packing cubes on the shelf beneath the hanging clothes worked fine for us). Separate toilet room with sink outside toilet room. Shower/bathtub room with views of the river. Small fridge, hot water pot and coffee……

“The accommodation is clean and comfortable. We have stayed for 2 nights at Hoi An. The homestay is located at a very convenient location which we can access to the night market and the riverside with a 2-minute walk. Unexpectedly, we didn’t hear any noise from the busy bars and restaurants that were just one block away. The breakfast was nice and the owner was nice enough to let us eat a bit earlier so we could grab a quick bite before the local tour starts.”
