Miss Ten is very attentive and is willing to help in any way. She scheduled a private car to take us to Hue, our next destination. She opens up her home and makes you feel as part of the family. 「My family and I decided to stay here after reading the reviews. Firstly, we don't usually stay at home stays, but thought it would be a good experience being in ninh binh. Rooms, facilities and service were adequate. The home stay is located on a small road, so cars and buses cannot access. Every tour or p/u and drop off with grab had to stop on the main road because the roads there are narrow. I had to deduct one star due to coordination with the owners. 「This property was disrepair, the front door was wide open when I arrived to check-in (at midday), this despite the sign in the lobby that said "beware of thieves" yet there was no staff on hand, the lobby was dusty and garbage on the floor. I waited over an hour and nobody came. When I finally got a hold of the manager (by phone) he rudely told me they had cancelled my reservation and then hung up (he did this in Vietnamese, no English). 「Clean and comfy, I had a nice sized room over looking the river. Situated between the beach and the river, it was only a 5 minute walk to the beach! Quiet area, not a lot of shops or restaurants in this area but easy to take Grab to the busier places. Friendly staff, good breakfast cooked to order every morning. Overall had a lovely stay! 」
