Cozy House in Tamandaré

The house is on the second street on the right after the roundabout that gives access to the city center and is located 800 meters from Boca da Barra beach.

Nearby there is a small shop, bakery, gas station, among other things.

It is about 1 km from the city center, 2.3 km from the Fort of Santo Inácio de Loyola (Tamandaré Fort), 2.4 km from Tamandaré beach and 9.3 km from the Carneiros beach chapel.

Within a gated community (Privê Quatro Cantos), it has a parking space for a car, piped water and well with automatic water replenishment system.

We offer a cozy, warm and safe place (the house is all fenced), with excellent infrastructure to receive up to 09 people.

Room with 02 rooms, 32 inch LED TV, DVD, micro system, sofa and table.

Two rooms:

In the first has 01 double bed box, 01 single bed box, split air-conditioning, 20-inch TV and coat rack.

In the second has 01 double bed box, 01 bunk bed, air-conditioning, 01 extra double mattress, chest of drawers and 02 fans of 50 cm.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has stove, refrigerator duplex, microwave, water cooler, sandwich maker, mixer, toaster, coffee maker, blender and fruit juicer.

In addition to plastic tanks, glass baking pans, pots (including couscous and pressure cooker), dishes, glasses, cutlery and various other utensils used on a daily basis.

The kitchen also has a dish, glass and cutlery for children.

In the backyard we have a small pool (2.20m x 1.10m), which fits comfortably between 04 and 06 people, shower, barbecue, tank and floor and wall clotheslines.

We also offer a hammock, full length mirror, ironing board, electric iron and hair dryer.
