Welcome to Ibis 8, proudly hosted by Stay in Tamarindo. Nestled just across the street from Tamarindo beach and a few minutes walk from downtown, one of the standout perks of staying here is the inclusion of a beach club membership. LOCATION & SURROUNDINGS

Tamarindo is a top-of-the-list surfing destination as well as a center of eco-tourism. There are over 75 restaurants for you to choose from in and around Tamarindo. A Great Place to Relax

Our family of 5 (including a 4-yr old) stayed for 4 days. It was a perfect location with the Langosta Beach Club right across the street and the beach only a few steps further. The condo was beautiful and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, especially Rafa, the manager. He made sure we had everything we needed, and he was always quick to respond.

Amazing

We really enjoyed our time at Ibis. We loved being so close to the pool. Also before we got our golf cart the walk in to town was very quick and easy. The staff was fantastic and really leveled up our stay. The condo was spacious and very clean. We loved that each room had its own little balcony and then a larger one of the living room. We were picked up right from the parking area for all of our excursions which was a bonus. Very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely return to this property again.

Easy to get to and walk to Tamarindo. Langosta beach club right across the street is so wonderful and great service and great food. Easy walk to other restaurants and a great selection of activities available at the beach. However, you should know that the rainforest wakes up early 😁

Spring break trip with two teens

Ibis Condo was perfect for our family of four. Having amenities of a house was very beneficial for our week long stay. Access to the beach club across the street was super convenient! Especially on the windy days when the sand was blowing we could chill by the pool and have some delicious cocktails. They had everything we needed there towels, even cold towels at the hottest time of the day, excellent service and superb cocktails! Everyone across the board was extremely helpful. We had no issues at all on our travel. The only thing I’d say that may need a bit of attention would be the washing machine in the condo. It is a front loader and I think had been kept closed for a LONG time, it was musty and moldy, it definitely needs a good deep cleaning and for a note to be left for the guests to keep it open so it dries out. Other than that, we would love to return. It was a Gorgeous place overall.

Nice property

The property was well equipped and the staff was congenial. Especially nice was the closeness to the beach via the Langosta Beach Club where food and beverages were very good. The TV had plenty of channels, although because the TV was streamed, the picture frequently froze. The concierge was pleasant but not at his desk very often. He did respond to emails fairly promptly.

Perfect location and amazing place!

From the moment we were greeted we felt at home! The condo is absolutely stunning and spacious and has everything that you need! A very short walk to town and all of the restaurants. The beach and pool just across the street are gorgeous and inviting! So many great things to say about this location! We had help from our very own concierge for everything we needed. At the time we had to have Covid tests to return to the US and that was arranged to be done right in the condo. Wonderful time and so much fun! We will definitely return!

We really enjoyed the beach club membership - it was the perfect location on the beach! Condo was nice, only change I would say is better mattresses, and also we had some trouble with the air conditioning. They were very prompt on sending someone out to fix it.

Great location in Tamarindo

We thoroughly enjoyed an early April week at IBIS #8. Booking was seamless, and Rafa organized our shuttles to and from the airport. The Langosta Beach Club across the street was fantastic, a great base camp for our family of four all week. We rented surf boards most days and found the waves just south of the club less crowded than the north end near Witch's Rock. The condo itself was clean and well appointed. We spent many morning hours on the shaded porch. One note: between the cars on the street, neighborhood howler monkeys, and the early rising sun, we were up early every morning with the locals! Not really an issue for us, but there is some street noise and neighbor noise. Also recommend renting one of the street legal golf carts from Pura Vida. We used it many times every day to ride into town to surf or for dinner. Tamarindo is a great town -- more touristy than Nosara or other towns north, but we had a blast and look forward to returning!

Our family of 5 had a great time at this condo and at the beach club. Our boys went from the oool to the beach and we could relax in a cabana with great service and food. The condo had everything and was very comfortable and high end. We would recommend for familiies with children in a heartbeat. The beach is perfect for kids. Great surfing and the concierge service was extremely helpful and set up great excursions.

Best Resort accoss the street from the Beach in Playa Langosta

The condo was beautiful and check in very easy. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. You are a 4 minute walk thru the Langosta Beach Club to a great beach. The beach is very good for easy surfing, body boarding and body surfing. While your staying there, you are get access to the Langosta Beach club. This means you can use their pool, cabanas and charge meals and drinks to an account. It is a very nice feature you will appreciate on hot days. The food and drinks are great, but a little expensive based the area. However it's very convenient and worth it. The main town, Tamarindo is a 10 minute walk we made numerous times. The town is quaint and aimed at visiting tourists. It's very casual with some areas being nice and others a little basic. But, hey, it's a beach town in Costa Rica and a fun adventure. There is always someone there at the condo's to answer questions and help you. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. The condo is on the 2nd floor and overlooks the little road to town. The unit is a corner unit and the balcony is roomy with very nice furniture overlooking the road and the small gravel parking lot. Being on the 2nd floor worked out fine, since the elevator didn't work, but no big deal. For the price, location and quality of the condo, this was a great deal. We would definitely go back.

Beautiful condo on second floor across the street from the beach club and ocean.

1st class location and property. The 2 concierges were always available and any issues or questions were swiftly met. Parking was adequate and the area was safe. Walking distance to anything in Taramindo. We had a small issue with sugar ants in the kitchen. Would recommend a professional exterminator to solve. Beds, Baths and living areas were perfect. Wifi was always available. Great Place.

We love this property!

This was our second time staying at this property and we loved it just as much the second time! It is very clean and spacious and the people are very friendly and accommodating!
