Good property

It was a nice house only issue bathroom in bedrooms do not have doors that affect with light of the sun in the morning if you wanted to sleep until late it was impossible. For the rest it was amazing

This house is pretty and big, we had a wonderful staying however, just to say something, I did not like the bedrooms’ doors. Small sliding doors that don’t close well.

Luxury in beautiful Hacienda Pinilla

The home was beautiful as expected. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. It was great being able to spread out and having access to the Beach Club and all the community amenities was incredible. The neighborhood did have a lot of construction underway which Blue Zone did a good job letting us know before we arrived. But it did make the home a little less private than expected. That said, the construction teams were very respectful and kept noise to a minimum. Overall it was a 5 star experience and we will definitely be back for the beautiful sunsets!

Nice house but get ready for nature inside and out

It’s a nice house, but the three showers in the main house are all outdoors and there is no screen, so we had multiple encounters with roaches, spiders, mosquitoes, and one scorpion. If you want to get the full nature experience this is the house for you.

Pinilla Vacation

The house is Awsome ! We visit Hacienda Pinilla often and have stayed at many houses and this is one of the best. It’s very bright and open and the property is great. There is some construction in this neighborhood but you will not notice it. The management company was easy to deal with and very responsive. It’s a house we will definitely use again.

Fantastic House Overall...

We loved the house! Great open space, nice big kitchen, lots of light, great bedroom and bathroom sizes! Our only comment would be the pool was not cleaned when we got there..but they came the next morning and did a nice job. The 4th bedroom/cottage that is not connected to the main house was nice as well for privacy...but close enough! Recommend this house!

Hacienda Pinilla visit

Property listing did match the actual home. It was nicely furnished and comfortable and we had a nice stay! Property manager was responsive and helpful. We were warned of construction ahead of time and the price was discounted but it is not one or two houses - there are multiple homes in the neighborhood under construction and a ton of new development going on in surrounding areas. We weren't at the house much so didn't really bother us. Beach club was nice and fun - service was great. Home was clean when we arrived but some confusion on my part -I guess we were offered additional cleaning but I missed it but I would definitely pay for cleaning during your stay to change out towels and sweep up bugs inside and out. Home did have a washer/dryer so I was able to wash towels. Playa Avellanas has some cute restaurants which the property manager can recommend. We enjoyed that little area's restaurants a bit more than Tamarindo but Tamarindo is close and nice as well. Good spots for surfing close...
