For the first time ever, we are happy to off the entire property at Casa de las Olas for your family/group holiday and vacation destination. The combination of the Main House and the Casita, allows for 6 guests, with a total of 3 queen bedrooms; 3 full baths; 2 fully appointed kitchens; 2 televisions; 4 air conditioners; 2 well appointed private outdoor showers (hot water); an outside Rancho which includes a bar-b-q and dining area; and a private outdoor bathroom near an AMAZING rear yard and pool.

In 2022 we undertook a major renovation project, which was building a backyard paradise that includes lush gardens, a pool, rancho/kitchenette, and private outdoor showers, and lounging spaces for all to enjoy.

Located midway between Tamarindo and Langosta, Casa de las Olas is tucked away from the bustle of town in a quiet, premier location that’s just 100 yards to the sand of the safest swimming beach in the area, and a short walk from a few of the finest restaurants in Tamarindo/Langosta. "Downtown" is a beautiful 10 minute walk down the beach, and Langosta's friendly restaurants & bars, and stunning sunsets and beaches are equally close.

COVID-19:
We have adopted, and the entire Staff at Casa de las Olas has been trained in, the "UltraClean" protocol which was originally developed in Australia and is now an international standard for cleaning holiday rental units. Should you wish to receive additional information regarding the "Ultra Clean" protocol, just reach out and we will share this with you. Additionally, should you wish to not have the cleaning service, which is normally included, please let us know ahead of time so that we can arrange that with our incredible Maid.
