The property is in an excellent location with easy access to the beach and local restaurants. The bungalow was spacious and comfortable for our family. We spent a lot of time on the patio and the pool was refreshing after a day on the beach. Dave was very helpful and made our stay easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Great place, great host!

David was a great host from the beginning. Quick response time when I had questions. The place is a nice location right next to a place where you can take a bridge through the mangroves to the beach. Or you could walk on the road to the beach where Lola’s is and it’s not too far. It’s nice and comfortable and we had a lot of fun in the pool. We would stay here again!

This appartment is perfect! Great position just 10 minutes walk from the beach across the mangrove bridge. Decorated in beach style and spotlessly clean we had a fantastic stay here. I was sad it was only for 2 nights! Davi was the perfect host. He gave us lots of infomation, booked us onto the restaurant on the first night and even booked us onto a boat Excursion on the Alantara schooner which was fantastic. The apartment was spotlessly clean...every mod con you could want including a coffee machine cooker huge fridge and for us Brits tea and a kettle! The beds and bedding were crisp sheets and comfy mattresses and pillows. Nice bed covers and cushions and wall pictures etc gave it a nice personal touch too. The upstairs villa appartment has two balconies. A huge one at the back with an outdoor sofa and table and and chairs and drying area. Also a small balcony at the front with chairs and a bbq. It has a full kitchen so is excellent for self catering if needed. A chique seating and eating bar area with 6 dining chairs is a airy and fab living space. There is aircon in both bedrooms and fans in the living kitchen area and all of the windows and french doors open and have bug screens so you can get a pleasant through wind in the evenings. There is plenty of on site parking and the villa is very secure, with the gates being closed at night. There are boogie boards, beach towels and beach umbrellas and chairs provided. Great stay we will be back!

The place to stay in Avellanas

This place is a wonderful home base for a visit to Avellanas. It's about 15 min walking from Avellanas beach (world class waves), 15 min driving from Playa Negra and about 30 min driving from Tamarindo. The space is really great: well equiped kitchen, big clean and nice bathroom and in both bedroons the beds are very comfortable. All the communication went very smoothly, and they were available all the time for any issue. I really recommend this place if you're thinking to explore around Avellanas beach.
