Perfection

Casa Aurora is an incredible property - the bedrooms and bathrooms are private and comfortable; the living spaces are large and provide space for everyone; the kitchen has every possible item you could ever need; the pool, patio, and rancho provide the most spectacular views. And the staff from 5 Star is so incredibly wonderful - huge thank yous to Ulysses and Daisy for being so amazing. The daily breakfast was something we looked forward to every day and we didn't "want" for anything because they took such good care of us and the house. We hope to return to Casa Aurora. No other place will be able to live up to the experience we had here!

The WOW Factor!!

Modern house beautifully finished out with everything needed to make our stay more enjoyable. We (7 of us) stayed during our annual family vacation and having a delicious breakfast made every morning and daily housekeeper was next level from previous years stays and made us feel like we were actually on vacation. Resort style vacation in a private home. I would highly recommend this house and Five Star Property Management. In our family's opinion, this is the best house with the best views in Tamarindo!

Big birthday family trip

We had a wonderful time. The house was all we hoped it would be. We enjoyed that it was out of town a bit and yet so easy to walk to by beach or road. The staff were wonderful. We loved all the experiences five star helped us arrange including catered meals, surfing lessons, catamaran trip, etc. Great for all ages.

Amazing home with a fantastic view!

Everything about this property is first class including the property management and staff. We cannot thank them enough. The house is absolutely beautiful with high end amenities and comes stocked with all the necessities, and much more. We have rent homes all over and Casa Aurora may be the best of them all. We had a great time and hated to leave. Casa Aurora is PuraVida! Thank you for having us.

Thanksgiving beach vacation!

It was an incredible experience and we highly recommend this vacation rental property and the home staff that supported our stay! We travel a lot and tend to stay at very nice places but this property is probably the nicest - it is brand new and located very conveniently to both the beach and town. It is large and very comfortable.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

I have never wanted to come back and stay in the same location more. This experience exceed all expectations. The private staff and the concierge were over the top helpful. The quality of every little detail was fantastic. It was safe with round the clock guards at the entrance. Every part of the experience felt like luxury. The pool and back deck were an absolute favorite of the group. Every time we left for an activity the group just wanted to go back and spend more time at the house. I cannot recommend this location enough. I have no doubt Ill be back.

Gorgeous villa with exceptional help

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As ion as we walked through the grand entrance we knew we made the right decision. Even before we landed the five star team was attentive and was ready to arrange any excursion, dining reservation or request. Unfortunately, we had an emergency with one of our family members and had to fly home urgently. The five star team was there ready to help us with anything we needed. The owners who were amazing even offered to discount us if we ever wanted to come back and actually discount the rate to actually enjoy the villa. If you are thinking twice. Don’t. This is the real deal with everything modern and above expectations. The staff, breakfast and knowledge of the town was perfect. Thank you all for your assistance and hopefully we will see you soon. All our best and hoppy holidays.

Casa Aurora Experience was AMAZING

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a multi-generational family of 12 who stayed for a week in July 2025. Where do I start? The home itself is incredible. The photos don't even do it justice. It is well-designed, immaculately cleaned and maintained, and was the perfect size for our group. The infinity pool and beautiful patio with 180 views of the ocean was perfection. We do an annual family vacation and have stayed in many luxury villas around the world, and this one was the best overall experience we've enjoyed. The concierge services and home staffing were beyond amazing. Our concierge Romi helped plan all of our activities and transportation, and made wonderful restaurant recommendations along with all of our reservations. She set up in-villa massages (which were wonderful) and arranged for the staff to bring a beach shelter, chairs, towels, drinks and snacks down to the beach during our surfing lessons. Ulises was our chef who made us a beautiful family-style breakfast every morning and snacks and drinks in the early afternoon. He is an amazing chef, and you can hire him to make dinner if you'd like private dining beyond breakfast in the villa during the week. We gave him money to buy fresh fish, and he made us the most amazing ceviche we've had. Daisy kept our home clean and tidy every day during our stay and was so friendly and professional. The rest of the housekeeping staff were at the home mainly before we arrived and then the day we left, and were unobtrusive. I can't emphasize enough how clean and tidy things were kept for us. This is a five-star property with a five-star staff who give you a five-star experience. We were very spoiled in the very best way, and we will be returning.

Wonderful home for Family Reunion

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was beautiful from the front gate sliding to welcome us to the beautiful front door opening to an inviting entrance. The house kitchen has all the equipment you need from coffee to full meals. With the large living, dinning room and kitchen there is plenty of room. The dinning room table is made for family meals. The outside pool, patio and BarBQ area makes for wonderful nights waiting for the sunset which is over the top every night.Each bedroom has its own bath which makes it so nice for everyone. Bedding and beds and towels were wonderful. Plenty of space to empty suitcase and make your room your own.Walking to the beach is so easy and so much beach to walk or go to a restaurant along the beach. Close to town for shopping or eating.5 Star was very receptive to answer questions or ask for suggestions for things to do. CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK.

No cut corners and no expense spared.

There're really 2 items to review when you book this house and that's the house itself and also the service provided by Five Star. On the house, as the title mentions, no corners cut, and no expense spared. The design is beautiful. The appliances are high-end. It's spacious. It's safe behind a guarded entrance. It's protected behind a robust alarm system and a heavy steel gate into the compound. It's comfortable with mini-split AC units in every space. And the view is the best in Tamarindo. If you desire to entertain and impress guests, this house will do it. As it relates to the team that looks after the house, Five Star, they were fantastic. Our concierge took care of everything for us. Coordinated all activities, coordinated our house staff getting us setup at the beach with chairs, coolers, tents, etc, and coordinated anything else on the fly. The house comes with 7-3 house staff that cook you breakfast and clean the house daily. Our staff Ule and Daysi were phenomenal. Ule incorporated cheese from his own dairy farm into our meals! This house and Five Star helped us make a lot of great memories and we absolutely would not hesitate to book a house managed by Five Star in the future. In fact, when we head back to Costa Rica, I'll go to them first and ask for a list of properties they manage to ensure we're in a house serviced by their people.
