Exceeded expectations

The property was a 5 - 10 min drive to Avellanas Beach that is beautiful plus enjoyed eating at Lola’s located right on the beach. The house was well equipped with a modern kitchen, all the amenities, including coffee, spices oils, etc. facilitating meal preparation. The rooms were very nice as were the seating areas outside. We enjoyed the pool in the evenings and pretty much had it to ourselves. We had other friends staying at a more expensive property who were disappointed to find light fixtures not working and no coffee in the cupboards. Our family generally made lunch & breakfast at the house and had dinner out. Quite a few good quality restaurants within 10 minutes of our location.I’m sure we will be back again!!Cook Family

The property was very attractive, comfortable and well stocked. We appreciated the pool which was right in front of the home, as well as the beach towels, beach chairs and cooler, all of which came in handy for days spent at the beach. The house is in a gated community with 24 hour security so we felt very comfortable leaving both day and night. Our host, Steve, and concierge, Trixie, were both very responsive, and always immediately responded to our messages. We enjoyed a couple of good restaurants in the immediate area and the mini market across the street from the property was handy. Overall, we highly recommend this property. It really contributed to our fun stay in Costa Rica!
