Royal Estates is located in the exclusive El Tesoro gated community, across from the beachfront Pangas Beach Club. Just minutes from Tamarindo and Langosta Beach, you're close to a variety of restaurants like Nogi's and El Chiringuito, cafes such as Nordico, and local shops. Nearby, you'll also find supermarkets, surf shops, and essential services.

This home on the hilltop is surrounded by the flora and fauna of Guanacaste's tropical dry forest. It overlooks the Las Baulas National Park which is the nesting ground of the endangered Leatherback sea turtle.
