Beach front property located at Playa Bonita, Inside of a luxury Hacienda, known as Hacienda Pinilla, specially design for couples that are looking for a great romantic place, daily watch the sunset go down at the end of the ocean with your wine of preference.
One bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, full kitchen with breakfast bar, lovely dinning room and leaving room with sofa cama, enjoy the beautiful ocean front view.
Near of the tennis court and golf course of Hacienda Pinilla.
Just at 20 minutes from the town of Tamarindo, where you can find great restaurants and bars, and at 5 minutes from JW Marriott Guanacaste with 5 star dinning restaurants.
The house include a TV cable, and Wifi connection for free.

Great view!

Jesus and Silvia were very responsive and flexible. The house had everything we needed for a great vacation. The community was gated and I always felt safe and looked after by the security staff. We utilized the beach club on several occasions which had an amazing pool, beach access and good food. The only complaint (which is very minor) is the shower head is very high and made showers a bit tricky. We enjoyed our time in Hacienda Panilla.

The perfect vacation getaway!

It was an absolute pleasure staying in Jesus' condo. The location could not be more perfect - situated a minutes walk from the beach (with three separate beaches in walkable distance), within the Hacienda Pinilla community, which offers everything you would need on a vacation. Pools, a beautiful beach club, the ocean, restaurants, and the JW Marriott a stones throw from the condo. Tamarindo proper is a short 15-20 min drive door to door. The condo itself was well appointed and has everything you could need, whether during a 3 day trip or a two week excursion. Jesus is such a nice guy, and an extremely attentive homeowner. He ensures that you are comfortable throughout your stay. We highly recommend Jesus and his properties to whomever wants to come experience the best Costa Rica has to offer!
