“Other than a few spiderwebs in the corners of the room everything was fantastic.”

“Communication was quick and friendly. They addressed my questions timely. When we arrived, the guest house was clean, comfortable, and very nice. We were very impressed and would definitely stay there again when in the area.”

“The host was very helpful and prompt with their response”

“Great location. Super cute place. Perfect size!”

“This was a nicely appropriated space! It was just me and the wife, but it was only 2 minutes from my daughter's place, so it worked out comfortably. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. I would definitely stay here again. The host stayed in constant communication with us and provided for everything we needed.”

“Booked this home and then called the number provided for check in instructions and was told it was occupied and we could not check in. Seems very unorganized so if you need a place to stay would not rely on this place. Cannot speak to the property condition as we were never there.”

“Fun place to stay and close to downtown food and fun.”

“Walking distance to all the museums, the St Pete Pier, and great rrstaurants. As a finished garage soace, it was very tight, but we were able to make it work. Great location.”

“OMG! How impressive was our experience there for a last second planning to get away!! Thank you so much for the opportunity to see more of Largo and IRB. From the sheer size and plentitude of accomodations of "The Sweet", to the hospitality given through the week. We cannot wait to come back, and perhaps check out the other options with "The Cottage", "The Estate, or The Big House"!!”

“Great location for walking to beach and local restaurants. Prefect size for my family of four.”

Cons... shower and sink in the room had a very hard time draining. I did not say anything because i checked in super late and when i checked out at 4am there was no one at the front desk to tell. Towels were in a drawer by the sink that i had no clue about. They had very small towes hanging up by the shower so i thought that was all they……

“I’ve stayed here twice and I just love it!”

“I had booked this place for 2 days, it was a valentines getaway from my fiancé.. we'll check in we walked in and I instantly heard yelling from across the hall, cussing, kids screaming etc.. I smelled a nasty moldy smell instantly.. Being someone with severe asthma I instantly started to sneeze, runny nose, watery eyes etc... we walked back to the pool area and it was by far the nastiest pool I've ever seen!! Looked like dead skin was floating on top of the water ( I even have pictures ) so with……
