Booking was easy! Communication with the owners was excellent and timely. Gated community that has everything you need on the property. We really enjoyed the beach looking over the bay, the food and drinks at the on location restaurant, and the sunsets were amazing. We enjoyed the sunset from the balcony.

The condo had a nice view of the water and sand area. The condo itself needs to be freshened up with paint and new furniture and tile work. It looks old on the inside that is not visible in the pictures. I requested a door code change, as the one i was provided with, i was afraid anyone had access to it, as i was staying by myself. the hostess said she would call me the following day with my code, but did not. I had to lock my suitcase up everytime i left the unit. The location is convenient to anything in tampa.

The condo was nice, except the sliding door did not lock. Being a solo traveler safety is a top priority for me. I contacted the owners on several occasions but the issue was not resolved. The pool and area was nice.

The property is a 10 minute drive from the airport. We took a Lyft and felt like there were plenty of options around the condo that we could reach by walking. Normally, the 15 or 20 minute walk to the nearby restaurants would not be an issue, but be aware, there are no sidewalks on the entry road coming down the peninsula, and traffic makes for a sketchy walk back in the evenings. Thank goodness the pool cabana makes really tasty food, and that saved us from having to leave for breakfast and lunch. Everything was fine with the condo, and we really appreciate the hosts allowing us to stay there for our brief 2 night visit. We had a great time!

Was only there a few nights but loved the property- being on the water- very quiet for sleeping. The pool was nice and had the best cabana bar- delicious food and drink and open from morning to night -super convenient to grab a bite and sit by the water. Easy access to the freeway and could walk to Davis Beach area. Condo as described and owner very easy to reach and respond. Would stay again there.

The property was exactly as described. The location is very close to the airport. We flew in late and left early in the morning. The proximity to the airport made it easy. The bottle of wine you left for us was a nice touch.

Good location to Tampa. Would say it felt more like a hotel vs your own place as it ties to Sailport Waterfront Suites but you don’t have the hotel amenities of getting new towels, coffee filers, etc… The place was clean, easy access to the pool, great view of the water and was greeted with a bottle of wine.

Visit was short, but still relaxing. Easy access to all parts of Tampa and surrounding beach areas. Fantastic location if you are a bike rider! The unit itself supplied everything we needed. Balcony with nice view of the beachy area and bay. Loungers, beach umbrellas and fire pit were a great touch! And I always saw someone tending to the property. It was very clean and the owner was very easy to communicate with. Pool area was nice and the bar/resturant at the pool was super convenient as well.

My (9 year old) son and I stayed here for a long weekend, so we could attend the Buccaneers game! The condo was perfect; Christine was super helpful with accommodating our early check-in and offering helpful information for our stay; and the pool restaurant had excellent food and drinks! Walking distance to the Rusty Pelican (delicious and nice restaurant). We also did a Walmart delivery order, so we had snacks and could cook (full kitchen!)! Love the close proximity to the Stadium and also the security of the Condos. 5/5 definitely recommend! Beautiful, serene views! Absolutely loved this place! Quiet building too! Thank you, Christine!

We got off to a bad start with this property as the room hadn’t been properly cleaned for our arrival. Christine; however, was very prompt in getting the cleaning crew out to rectify that. After they left, we discovered that the sheets on the bed, including pillowcases, also didn’t appear cleaned. As a result, we went out & purchased new sheets and pillowcases as we didn’t want to call the cleaning crew back again. (We told Christine about this when we left and she was very sorry & said she would refund us the cleaning fee, which we greatly appreciate. Note: Christine was also sick and could not come visit the property during our stay which was outside of her control). We packed for our 5 day trip with the understanding that a washer & dryer was in the unit. This was not the case (they had a community laundry room that you needed to pay to use) which was very disappointing. In the bedroom, the closet door was broken which caused us to not be able to access the chest of drawers in the closet. A bright spot was the view from the deck and the pool restaurant which had excellent food and beverages!
