Large home great for groups

This house is wonderful for a large family or two families traveling together. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all! House had everything you needed to prepare meals which was wonderful. Plenty of pool towels and seating by the pool. House is updated and nice. Only downfall for us was the surrounding area. It is not in the nicest part of town, but the immediate neighborhood was ok.

Wonderful stay!

The house was clean and comfortable. The popl was nice also. Plenty of room for all our 9 guest staying and others visiting! All the bathrooms were beautiful and all the bedrooms were very clean and perfectly furnished. Great stay!

Sister’s 40th Birthday

Property was welcoming and inviting with a note from the host. Kitchen was stocked with all necessary items needed to cook brunch foods. I would highly recommend and would book again.

Family Would Return

The home was beautiful. The host was very responsive to all questions. Doors on the bathrooms were to small for wheelchair. Ability to transfer to a chair solved that issue. No problems bathing. Pool was enclosed and lighting was nice at night.

Great Stay.

The house was as expected. We had five couples and all had their own bedroom and bathroom. Neighborhood was nice and safe. The host responded quickly for any questions we had.

Family Thanksgiving

The property was perfect for what we needed. 7 people, two couples with 3 young adult children. Everyone was able to have their own separate bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was large enough to cook the full Thanksgiving dinner. The pool was great! Family/TV room perfectly situated in relation to the kitchen and the pool.

Great Home!!!!… ample space!… super clean!…will definitely return - we stayed for Christmas and new years and it was enough space for my whole family!… they were nice enough to allow us to bring our dogs… owner is a sweetheart and property manager super responsive - a must!

Highly Recommend this Property

This was one of the best properties for 10 people I have stayed in in the 15 years of using vacation rentals. Lots of space, kitchen was well equipped so you did not have to do dishes everyday. Pool was clean and lots of pool towels and toys. Very quite golf course community with ample opportunities for long walks. Highly recommended for large families that want to spend time together and not be cramped.Jeff

Tampa Bay Break

The property was clean and setup very well. There were 4 adults and 5 Teens and we were all very comfortable. The property manager Kathie was very responsive to my text. The only problem was the stovetop to the oven did not work.. We had to pivot and buy restaurant food or use the grill on the patio. Overall, we all had a great time!! 9/10

Perfect location for golfers

There were 4 of us on a golf trip and this house was perfect. We all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Location to golf courses in the area was easy. House was clean and plenty of room to move around. Some of the guys used the pool, while others watched TV which there were plenty of. We will be back to stay again.
