I am so sorry you had a poor experience at the Hotel. Comfort Suite Tampa Fairgrounds is in the middle of a full renovation. This is specified at the time the reservation was made. We are upgrading every room and the containers in the parking lot are necessary as we continue to improve the entire building. Breakfast will be upgraded as we get closer to completion.
