This is our second time staying at The Element. Excellent customer service and the staff is very kind and extremely helpful. We used the valet service for the first time, I highly recommend it. Very professional.

I love that they had valet parking in the front. And it's a little expensive nightly but you can also park in the back with no charge. The breakfast in the morning was amazing to have someone there cooking eggs on how you like it. I loved every minute. The bed is very comfortable. Pillows can be a little bit better. I felt that they were too soft. Bathroom amazing! I would recommend this hotel to anybody

The staff were incredible! Especially Diana at the front desk. It’s such a clean and aesthetic hotel. The pool was perfect and the location couldn’t be any better! I will for sure be back!
