We rented the family cabins with bunk beds. We easily fit our family of five and puppies. The cabins had everything we needed to include bedding, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, kitchen supplies, and even paper towels. We loved the location and how nice it was for our family to have a place to relax during travel for a sports competition

As a former RV resort, they still have space for them, they put in a 100 cabins are fairly new. All wood interior is beautiful. I stayed in a one bedroom suite for 4 days. I don't travel much and I am finicky. I was pleasantly surprised. I love the kitchenette. They have all the utensils, pots and pans. Pod type coffee maker, microwave, 2 induction heat stove top and the correct cookwear. A refrigerator but no freezer. I did not find a ice machine around. I had to go without or climb in the car and pick some up. The bed was comfy, Small bathroom with medicine cabinet, small shower. It would serve them well to install soft water. It saves so much money on the plumbing, it last for ages, and cleaning is so easy. No hard water build up. The have shampoo, soap dispensers in the bathroom. I would visit again.

They gave us 2 separate cabin numbers with the same entry code. After not being able to get into either we went back to the tiny "security hut", where a man was not happy to have to get up to talk to us. He told us he can't help and to call a number listed on the hut for Expedia travelers. They gave us correct cabin number and entry code. We get in and its nice, looks like pictures but definitely has a black ant problem but nothing awful. That night and the next we were woken up to people trying to get in our cabin that were also given that cabin number for their stay. Bathroom also had many bugs coming out after we would shower, they were very very small and would cling on to the towels and anything wet. On our third morning of a 5 night stay we were woken up at 730 am to people actively going under the crawlspace of our cabin and many other men who where working under or around the cabin. We were not given a warning about this. We decided to leave that morning, luckily we had family we could stay with close. We have been trying to get a hold of the Resort since the night we checked in. No one was ever in the office on site and no one has returned our calls or the calls from expedia requesting a refund or correction. It has been almost 2 weeks with no response. This was such a privacy issue for us. I would not recommend this place if you care about privacy or ants or bugs that come out when wet.

Cockroach in the bathroom. Tiny black bugs everywhere, in the bed, in the kitchen, on the floor. Two big hairy caterpillars in the room, one was on the bed. Check in process was unclear, check out process was unclear. Very little toilet paper was left. I called to get more and they said they would send someone but never did. Had to call next day again. Texted some number about getting some more coffee and never heard back. There’s constant tree sap or something dripping from the trees on the property down at your head.

Expedia this is the letter that I had to write to management concerning my stay. Dear Management, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your property from April 10 through April 13. While the check-in process was smooth and initially welcoming, the overall condition of the unit fell far below expectations and made for a very uncomfortable experience. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed that the blinds at the front of the tiny home were damaged and would not close properly, compromising privacy. I had to improvise a way to cover the window to prevent visibility from outside. Additionally, the refrigerator was not clean upon arrival. Later that same day, I encountered a small roach in the toilet, which I flushed. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident. There was also a dead roach on the wall and another live roach crawling inside the home, which disappeared into the wall before it could be removed. These conditions made me extremely uncomfortable for the remainder of my stay. I found myself constantly closing my suitcase and personal belongings out of concern that I might unknowingly bring pests home with me. Cleanliness was also a major issue. The floors were visibly dirty, and I unfortunately stepped on a small piece of glass in one of the bedrooms, which I had to remove from my foot. This prompted me to sweep and attempt to clean the floors myself using Clorox wipes, as it appeared they had not been properly mopped prior

This place completely dropped the ball. Arrived to a unit that was not ready, door wide open, and dirty. They moved me to another cabin which had broken blinds in both the living area and bathroom, so zero privacy. Reported it immediately and it still took days to fix. At one point they even said it wouldn’t be fixed until after I left. Communication was all over the place and one staff member was straight up rude and unprofessional on the phone. Maintenance guy was the only one who did his job right. They acknowledged the issues but refused to provide any real compensation. A late checkout is not compensation, it’s the bare minimum. For what I paid, this was not acceptable. Would not stay here again.

Several shades were broken allowing anyone to see inside. Killed a large Roach the first night. A second roach the next day. Reported it and was told housekeeping would take care of it Shower was cold. Told maintenance would fix it. Four days no maintenance no housekeeping but a third roach and sandfleas. If you like bugs, cold showers and broken blinds and broken promises this is the place for you. It could be a nice little cabin if someone would take care of it. No response from management after I filled out the survey.

Very very poor experience. We arrived around midnight and the cabin was not clean or ready, with no sheets to sleep. We contacted the property but got no real response for over an hour, leaving us stuck at 1am in an unusable cabin. The next day, after pushing, the cabin was cleaned, but there was still no hot water. We also noticed signs someone had entered while we were away, and the access logs they provided didn’t match our actual presence, which was concerning. Overall, this stay was far below standard - poor communication, lack of basic amenities, and serious reliability issues. It also disrupted our ability to prepare for an important conference. Would not stay again.
