House was perfect for a quick visit to Tampa. Great location for USF, Moffitt and Busch Gardens (when open). Communication was easy and prompt. Would stay again!

Quick Family Reunion

We were quite comfortable with everything about our stay. The house is very true to it's pictures, and very close to Bush Gardens, though we did not go there. Great stay, would certainly use again.

Golf trip

This is the second time we stayed her and enjoyed each visit. The new cabana and walkway are a nice touch. The home is clean and convenient. We use it as a golf get away.

Ample space for a large family with gazebo in the backyard

Overall it was a nice place to have a large group stay near Busch Gardens or in the NorthEast Tampa area. Since the weather was "cooler" than normal we enjoyed the Gazebo outside in a large back yard .

Great stay in Tampa

This property was asthetically pleasing and down the street from Busch Gardens and Adventure Island. We are visiting from Georgia and the home fit my family of 6 comfortably. The host was very responsive. The home was clean and updated.

Bush Gardens

Literally 5 minutes away to Bush Gardens! Easy to drive for! Restaurants and Publix 5 minutes ! My goal was to be next to University of South Florida (9 minutes away) Neighborhood is old!

Busch Gardens get away

We came in late Saturday night after a day at Seaworld. We attended Busch Gardens on Sunday. Kathie's home is the perfect spot to access Busch Gardens in a very safe neighborhood. Plenty of food choices nearby as well as Doordash and other delivery options. I highly recommend this home for your Busch Gardens vacation!

Close to Busch Gardens

If you are planning to head to Busch Gardens, this IS the spot for you. A short drive to the parking lot or you can walk if you're adventurous. Although, not sure how safe the neighborhood is after dark. It's probably fine but not 100% sure. Four spacious bedrooms. Excellent kitchen for meals. Limited seating in the living room but that shouldn't be a problem unless you plan to spend an entire day in the house. Nice screened-in back porch with seating. Large backyard. Communication with the host was awesome.

Close to everything

We were in town for a softball tournament at Greco park which is a 3 minute drive. We made a few trips to Walmart for a few groceries which is maybe 5 or so minutes away and very close to USF campus. My only complaint about the house is minor, and it may just me being spoiled from other houses I’ve stayed in, but the house lacked some things I was expecting, such as salt and pepper and things of that nature in the kitchen. But overall the house was clean and looked like the pictures and the neighborhood was very quiet. We’ve stayed in the same neighborhood every year we have come for this tournament and never had any issues. Would stay here again and would recommend to other friends and family.

Home Away from Home

My family and I had an extended stay here during our transition from CA to FL for a military move. The home was clean and comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked for our cooking needs, and we loved playing in the backyard with our three boys. The screened-in lanai was a wonderful feature too. We had the unexpected fun of seeing fireworks for a few minutes for several nights while we were there as well, as Busch Gardens is literally down the street. Also, as we were here near Christmas-time, the street a block away from the house goes all out on Christmas lights, so that was a lot of fun to drive through as well. Most of all, Kathie, the host, was extremely quick to respond to any concern or need we had—we felt very well taken care of. This truly felt like our first home in FL and we’re so grateful for the memories we made there.

I was very impressed with how clean and well-organized the house was. It felt cozy yet spacious — the perfect spot for my family and I to enjoy a fun family-weekend at USF.The location was super convenient, just minutes from campus. My First Vrbo Experience

This property exceeded our expectations! The owner was very responsive and helpful!We highly recommend staying here, especially if you want to be close to Busch Gardens. My friends and I actually walked to Busch Gardens and avoided the parking fees.
